I decided to start selling homemade rat toys from the rodentry because I realized how much my own rats enjoyed them, and wanted other ratties to be able to enjoy them too! They are excellent toys to buy when adopting from AR, or if you're in the area and looking for some fun boredom relievers for your precious fur babies.

My rats adore their "Lick-Ladder" so I think yours will too! They're fun and easy--just smear some of your rats' favorite soft food (Peanut butter, yogurt, baby food) onto the wood and let them enjoy licking it off. The wood is sanded and sealed with coconut oil which is non-toxic and safe for rats. "Lick-Ladders" also make for great chew toys.
